Beef… it’s what’s for dinner

And this is our dinner for the next year or so:

 

Steer

Yum!  He’s off to the slaughter house at the end of the month and back in our freezer ~1 month after that.  Just in time too, we’re almost out of hamburger!

 

Sure beats this stuff any day:
