Growing and growing

Week 25  Week 30

Everyone keeps saying I’m popping, but honestly I’ve felt this big for a while.  Now looking at the pictures I guess they are right!  The grey shirt is week 25 and the yellow is week 30.  This baby is definitely growing as am I!  Pregnancy is getting harder now.  I’m no longer on power save mode with the air conditioning.  I want it cold and I’m willing to pay the bill!  Gardening is getting tough.  Jon can weed 4 rows in the time it takes me to finish one, but I’m still out there trying!  I’m pretty nervous for canning to begin.  Standing over a hot stove with vinegar burning my eyes doesn’t sound to fun right now, but I know I will appreciate it in the long run.  10 more weeks to go, give or take a few!

  1. Hang in there! Neither of our babies were born in the summer, but I remember how cumbersome I felt. It sounds like your hubby is a great help!

  2. Aww! Your belly is adorable!! The end is challenging. You get so big. I was hot all the time and Garrett was born in the winter. Our heat bill was super low! Avery made up for it by coming in October. ; )

    • I’m thinking the next time I’ll need to be pregnant through the winter. We planned this one around Jon’s busy season at work, but next time I think I’m going for comfort ;)

  3. My Girlie is a February baby…I had windows open and was BBQing like it was summer. Hubby froze.:D
It’s all worth it, in the end, when you hold that new little person and look into their eyes…and they poop on you. LOL!

  4. Mine was born in January, and he was just the greatest little heater. I could really enjoy stalking the cooler at work like it was nothing! Can’t wait to meet the little one.

I wondered how close I came to you when I was in NY. Thought it would have been fun to stop by (and weed a row in the garden for you since I can bend), but it was already a whirlwind trip.
